Is it compulsory for the driver of the Lorry of the domestic LPG cylinders to obtain certificate entitling hi

this is in respect of the driver of the carrier of the lorry of domestic LPG cylinders. We are from insurance company and the driver holds Transport Licence. MV Act requires the drivers of the carriers of hazardous goods to obtain training for the specific purpose. our question is , does LPG domestic cylinders fall within that ambit, or is any immunity granted to them.
