92 camry conversion to obd2?

Is it possible to convert a 92 camry over to obd2? I'm interested in interfacing a computer (in dash) with the obd to display tach, mph, mpg, engine code (hopefully not), and other telemetric data and I can only seem to find obd2 to usb. Seeing as the 92 camry only has obd1, this isn't helpful. Is is possible to install and make work and ECU with obd2 in a 92 camry possibly from a 96 camry?
