Advice regarding symptoms for the past 8 years?

Hi, for 8 years I have has the following symptoms Dizziness, balance problems, falling over, serious tremors taking over whole of body, fatigue, loss of vision and slurred speech. I have been tested over the last 8 years for MS but my Neurologist cannot be sure I have the condition due to it not showing up on brian scans, & lumber puncture. I have severe spinal problem, Osteoarthritis, spinal steno-sis and 3 slip discs, 2 in the cervical and on in the thoracic. The symptoms I have are destroying my quality of life and I could soon lose my job because I cannot stop the symptoms effecting me on a daily basis, I don't get all of them at the same time but usually the dizziness and disorientation along with the tremors and balance issue. Please does anyone have any idea if this is MS or not? Thanks
