Are home-made smoothies healthy?

This is all fresh fruit. This is all the ingredients i put per person... Today i put 1/2 gfruit, 1/2 kiwi, 1 cup strawberries, and 1 cup gs. No sugar, splenda or anything!! The other day i put 2 slices cantaloupe, 1 apple, and 1 cup strawberries. Im thinking about making one tomorrow and putting 1 apple, 1 kiwi, 1/2 gfruit, and 1/2 banana. Im 13 years old if that makes a difference, my grandma is 63 and my mom is 34. Does age make a difference with fruit?
