HELP!!!! How to get rid of these?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?

How do i get rid of these pimples that HAVE NOT yet broken through my skin's surface(they never do-they're just always there!) they look like skin coloured bumps all over my cheeks. plz help. i've tried a gazillion pimple remedies but these are different coz they haven't actually reared there heads.lol. THANKYOU in advance....btw i believe they're actually called "blind spots" ?
