I have recently moved into a Bungalow. There is a "Smeg " cooker. This has a Gas hob and an electric fan oven?

There are instrucrion, but not as to the fan cooker, as opossed to a gas cooker, which I have used for well over 50 years. Perhaps someone will be able to advice me of the correct way of using this cooker.
