Red lump on penal shaft HELP!?

Do you shave? If so, this could be razor bumps. IF that is NOT what it is, it's probably one of those things that was discussed in an earlier question. can't remember what someone called it. I would say lance it with a CLEAN needle, squeeze the blood and nasty liquids out of it, let it heal and do it again if it needs done. I did that and it went away. Good luck.
