What does this mean? Is he true?
Maybe he is talking about the *conviction* the person has, not necessarily the completion of the action itself. So, if you craved a grilled cheese sandwich and started to make one but got interrupted and didn't finish it, we could still say you "did it" - you're heart was in it. This is why the word "it" is confusing. "IT" doesn't equal the action. "IT" equals the intention/conviction/belief in the goodness of the action. If this is what he means, I agree with him. And yes, it is related to oneness in the sense that if we do everything with full conviction/intention, then we are always being mindful :) HTH!
