This may sound stupid but PLEASE HELP!!?

there is a boy who has liked me for over a year, i kind of liked him, but we never got to dating. I would always say no because he liked me alot more than i liked him. Then there was this other guy who i have been talking to for a few months. He kissed me for the first time a few weeks ago. I still think about the first guy some, he is my prom date. I told the other guy i didn't want to be anything more than friends yesterday morning and now i'm about to go insane because he isn't texting me (i didn't text him though!! don't worry). I just cannot make up my mind about these guys, i'm trying so bad to not lead either of them on. The first guy actually bashes me a lot and tries to make me jealous. He told one of our friends that it was just him being stupid then he said "i really do love her". He is one of the sweetest guys i know!! the new boy was really sweet too, we talked more today than we usually do, but some of the things are back handedly rude toward me. what should ido
